Mrs. Hinojosa’s 1st grade class began Module 4 in Math! Students are exploring the efficiency of counting by ones and tens, building a strong foundation for their number sense and problem-solving skills. Great job, mathematicians!

Miss De Leon’s First Grade class had a wonderful time practicing the formation of letters during this lesson! Students enjoyed exploring different tools to enhance their handwriting skills, making learning both fun and engaging. Keep up the great work, young writers!

Mrs. Flores’ 1st grade students were engaged in an activity on the 4 seasons. Students placed the seasons in order and were writing sentences that described each one. They were able to use what they have been learning this week to complete the activity and they did an amazing job.

Third-grade students who completed their Zearn and Lexia lessons/usage for the third six weeks were rewarded with a pizza celebration! Their hard work and dedication to learning deserve recognition, and this special treat celebrates their achievement. Keep up the great effort!

Mr.Garza's 2nd grade class explored sound and vibrations through string and cups.

Students in Mrs. Esquivel's 2nd grade class, did a Science observation on temperature. They observed how the Sun affects the temperature. They put water in the sunlight and water in the shade, and compared the temperature of both.

Mrs. Quintanilla’s 3rd-grade class had so much fun decorating gingerbread cookies today! The students let their imaginations run wild with colorful icing, sprinkles, and festive designs. This hands-on activity brought lots of smiles and plenty of holiday cheer to our classroom!

Mrs. M. Peña’s 5th Grade Class worked hard to complete their November Reading Challenge. Students who read 15 books and wrote a short summary received a Burger King Kids Meal coupon from our wonderful librarian. Not only did the students get to read, but they also got to practice their writing skills.
