📣Just a Friendly Reminder!
No early release on Friday, December 15, 2023. Students have a regular school day.

Today student’s in Mrs. Herrera’s Pre-K class practiced number recognition from 1-10. Students were given different cards that had an image of a hot chocolate cup with marshmallows. Students had to count how many marshmallows were in the cup and identify the corresponding number by circling it. Students then used real marshmallows to practice counting. This activity helps students identify the number that corresponds with a quantity.

"🏆 Exciting news! Ms. Flores' kinder class clinched FIRST PLACE at the District Science Fair in the Physical Science category! 🌟🔬 So proud of our young scientists! #STEMChampions #ScienceFairWinners"

This week Pre-K students from Mrs. Quintanilla’s class have been reading the story “10 things I can do to help my world” by Melanie Walsh. Inspired by our students’ commitment to help the environment, they took action by picking up trash around the school grounds. Small efforts like these contribute to a cleaner, greener future.

Merry Christmas!!! Students in Ms. R. Flores have been nice this year. They have written their letter to Santa Claus. They have added their wish list to Santa Claus. Happy Holidays!!! 🎄🎅🏼
